Training

We offer training in various forms – choose which option suits you the best.

Train the Trainer
Use this option if you want to own and manage an implementation yourself.  You can either:

• Have in person training (or via Teams, Zoom or Google Meets). We will spend a day (or so) with you(r team) training you on the software, Project Management or Operations Management; and, discussing options for how best to implement the software for your needs.

• Alternatively, you can take one of our pre-made courses (see Online-Generic Training).

Train the Team
If you have asked us to implement the software, we include training as part of Go-Live. If you need more later, we can run further sessions with your teams teaching them how to use your implementation.

This is useful as part of Change Management (which really just means convincing people that they should do the new thing you want them to do!)

Online-Generic Training
In addition to articles and videos we put out periodically, we also have a number of video packages to take you set by step through the software, how and why to implement it.
